LIVER CLEANSE
The liver flush is one of the most
invaluable and effective methods to regain your health. There are no
risks involved if you follow all the directions to the letter.
At
Clinica Praxis we also recommend for the
detoxification the liver flush from Andreas Moritz.
It is likely that, on their way out,
some gallstones will be caught in the colon. They can quickly be removed
through colonic irrigation. This should ideally be done on the second or
third day after the liver flush. If gallstones remain in the colon, they
can cause irritation, infection, headaches, abdominal discomfort,
thyroid problems, and so on. These stones can eventually become a source
of toxemia in the body.
There is no real substitute for
colonic
irrigation when it comes to liver flushing.
The liver flush requires 6 days of
preparation, followed by 16 to 20 hours of actual cleansing. To remove
gallstones you need the following items:
- six 32 oz. containers with apple
juice
- 4 tablespoons Epsom salt
(magnesium citrate) dissolved in three 8-oz. glasses of water
- One-half glass (4 oz.) of extra
virgin olive oil, cold-pressed
- Fresh grapefruit (pink is best)
enough to squeeze 3/4 (6 oz.) glass of juice
- 2 pint jars, one with a lid
